Hello I have a 14 explorer when I drive I just hums and kinda rough and vibration in floor and gas pedel just got new shocks and struts what else could b wrong here? Thanks

Does it happen both with your foot off the brake pedal, and pressing it enough to activate the brakes slightly?

Does it happen more at certain speeds, especially at higher than low speed? If so then I'd wonder if you have a wheel balance issue, or unevenly worn tire(s). You could swap the positions of the wheels to see if this changes the vibration and noise.

I'd also double check for no loose bolts/nuts on the shocks and struts (and wheels). Did it happen before you replaced the shocks and struts?
