16-19 PIU Whelen to factory turn signal harness

Anyone happen to have the Ford part number for the harness? I found the one for the 12-15 PIU but not having any luck with the 16-19. Swapping out these Whelen turn/warning lights that are inop.

you need to make your own harnesses to convert. these are the part numbers:
