Hey folks, I have a 2000 XLT 4WD and my buddy is selling some 17" Wheels off his Aviator w/out tires for $200. Will these fit on my X with no problems? What size tires will I need to put on them to prevent any rubbing (I don't want the "skateboard" look!)

Thanks

40's for sure! :)

I am betting that they have an offset of 40-44mm. Look on the backside of a wheel, it's there labeled "40ET", etc.
They will probably be inboard a lot more than your stock wheels. LOL,

Is the Lincoln a full size SUV? If it is, I don't think it is the same lug size. Although, it will work perfectly on the F-150 trucks or the Experdition.

The Aviator is Lincoln's Explorer. I would think the bolt pattern is the same but the back spacing is probably different.

I dont wanna spam, but I'm tryin to get rid of these once my new rims come in but I got some stock 17" chrome rims that come with the limited explorer with tires that will fit your XLT.
