Hi all, I'm new here as far as being registered. But in the past I have found the info on this site very helpful. I made the mistake of buying an A4LD rebuild on the internet. It has been nothing but problems trying to get help from the seller. However when I finally was able to speak with a tech at the location we determined that the problem appears to be a stuck pressure valve in the valve body towards the rear of the trans just under the back of the filter. I removed all the bolts and the filter but something still seems to be holding the valve body in the rear area. Anyone know what I missed? Thanks for the help. PS: This valve appears to be partially stuck because the spring does not occupy the entire visable opening in the filter hole like the one in my old trans.
