1992 ford ranger 5.0 explorer swap help

Hi my name is Thomas and I have a 1992 ranger extra cab with the 3.0. And I also have a 1997 ford explorer 5.0 that I retired after I bought my 02 ranger xlt, and I have been trying to find a build thread on a swap like the one that I want to do by putting the 97 5.0 into my 92 ranger I want to study up because imgoing to start this swap very soon so any information would be greatly appreciated
