I know this is a little late, but I used a precision 353 u-joint with my NP205 in my 93 EX. The 3.22" side fits the factory EX rear and front differentials. And the larger side of the u-joint (3.62") fits the NP205 yolk. I picked a junkyard driveshaft off the shelf which was labeled "77 Ford F150". Try to find a shaft from the same era as your transfer case and these u-joints should work. Goodluck.
