1996 2-3 flare, no reverse

well i just installed everything back together and torqued to specs...(VB and Servo piston cover 90 inch/lbs) and installed new oil pan and gasket and torqued to 100 inch/lbs and now the problem arises....when i shift into reverse it goes forward?? i dont know where i went wrong maybe you guys can point me in the right direction.

Maybe the shift linkage or the indicator is out of alignment?
