1996 Explorer Turn Signal Buzzing

My parents have a 1996 Explorer. When they turn the passenger side turn signal on they get a buzzing sound and the turn signal does not flash...any ideas would be great. Thanks.

the multi-function switch needs to be replaced..its the turnsignal arm basically..pretty common and pretty easy to do...there might even be a wright up here on the board...maybe try to search for it...
