Well I've had this problem for a few months and just kept getting worse.. the break pedal would vibrate against my foot when coming to a stop... I'd have to lift pressure off and step again to actually stop... I've seen other posts on here about this ... I got my truck back from the shop and its fixed...

Note that the abs light never came on, in fact nothing seemed out of the ordinary except for the break pedal ... after taking it into the shop having them guess it was the brakes, rotors, shoes ect.. having it all replaced (felt like a root canal) .. problem still existed ... couple days later ... they figured out it was the SPEED SENSORS ... so if you're having this problem check for this first and save yourself some headaches and cash .. replaced both of them and I have no more problems and she breaks better than ever ...

hope this helps some you out .. your info on this site has helped us out tons...
thanks

the wheel speed sensors or the speed sensors in the tcase?

speed sensors

Hi ...hubby had replaced our tcase over the summer and all conncetions on there were fine .. the dealer replaced both front hub assemblys ... apparently it was caused by the ABS false activation upon slow speeds .. ie.. coming to a stop. The speed sensors in the front hubs

hope that helps..
