1997 Mountaineer AC only comes from floor vents

I should note that when you try to switch to vent or defrost, you can hear the vacuum, but you can't hear any door movement like you should. I think there may be some sort of arm broken off, but I'm not sure where to look, I looked behind the glove box but see nothing.

I will post this here, hope this helps. In my case the ac blew from floor and defrost duct.

I just got done reading the thread earlier today, and went through every step to ensure there were no vacuum leaks, or cracked/damaged/disconnected lines.

I don't really know what my next step should be, as the only door I can physically watch move is the recirculation/fresh air door behind the glove box.

I can't tell if the Floor/Panel or the Defrost doors move, as all I can hear is the vacuum, but no movement.

I read a similar problem that said it could simply be a blocked evaporator core?
