Removing the suspension

Cutting off all the original brackets to make the frame smooth and ready for new suspension sawzaw was my friend

Making good progress had a the brackets cut off within the day

What type of axle are you planning on running under it?

I'm running 78 bronco Dana 44 and stock 8.8 out back James duff suspension for the blades probably about two packs Milwaukee blades short and long work great

This the axle after the clean up primer paint and assembly 4.88 gears and locker with a hefty diff cover all new pieces in the rebuilt axle

Im almost done with the front end couple lil things like drag link and ram assist

Thanks rangerX alot of dirty work at first now I'm at the point where it's on it's own weight tires on just couple lil things in front then pull her outside and do the SOA ON THE REAR SPRING OVER AXLE
 


















Very Nice! how wide is the front axle compared to the rear? Did you have to shorten it any?
 






The rear is 6 inches shorter than the front but the inch spacers out back till I get Ford 9inch out back
 






WOW She looks AWESOME! Do you have pics of the Steering box mount and Spring Shock mounts?
