2001 Ford Sport Trac anti theft light keeps blinking car won't start

I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac it was low on fuel after I refilled the tank I went home. When I went to start my car it wouldn't start....the anti theft light keeps blinking. Everything is working fine, lights radio battery is charged but car won't start. Thought my battery was dead so tried jumping it but still won't start...help....​

I have a 2001 explorer sport trac anti theft light is blinking fast.scan code b2103.i replaced the pats transceiver with a brand new and the problem still remain.any one now what can be the next step
