2002 Ford Explorer Clicking and No Heat

Hello everyone.

I have a 2002 ford explorer and the other day when I turned the heat on it started to click behind the dash, and i had no heat. Anyone have any suggestions.

Sounds like a faulty Blend Door Actuator. You didn't say if you had the Auto or Manual Climate Control. Here is the write-up for replacing the actuator with the Manual Climate Control: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=294140
