I just recently purchased a 2003 XLT 4.6L with a sunroof. The front map lights do not work. the rest of the interior lighting works as it should, except for the glove box light (broken housing). I have tested the bulbs and they are good. It's hard to reach the sockets with my multi-meter so I haven't been able to test for voltage yet. My owner's manual indicates that all interior lighting is on the same fuse. Other than chasing wiring, is there a common cause of front map light failure on this model?
