2004 explorer 4.0L 4x4 transmission problem after filter an fluid change

Hello all, I am having problems with my transmission not engaging any gear when the transmission is cold. I have 120,000 miles and this was not happening until I had the fluid and filter changed. When I shift into any gear, I have to press on the gass before the transmission will engage. Also I would feel a jerk when I am at a stop. The transmission works fine once it warms up. Any ideas? Sounds like its low on fluid.

Thanks for the reply. That would be great if the fluid level is just low. Ill have it checked out.
