2004 Mach 1 or WRX STI Char needs help...

Either way you are going to spend more on speeding tickets and broken front end peices than you willl on the payments and insurance combined

I like the WRX but man that Stang is the bomb.

I vote Stang with a SAS

I realize i don't really know you folks, but after staring at all your pics of the pumpkin. The FST website gallery is rad . I cannot visualize anything but a mach 1 being parked in your driveway. Much more fitting, and a whole lot more fun to play with. Not that the Subaru isn't, but think about all you can do with the mustang, doesn't it just feel right?

Tough choice, but I gotta agree with Alec and say you all will have more fun in the Mustang...

The WRX STI is a great car though, and I lost my desire to have a two door years ago, a 4 door is just so much more convenient, but you all are a lot younger than I am...

One other thing I thought of:

Y'all are used to low reving motors: The Dogde, the X, the TDI. The WRX will feel very unnatural to rev up high enough to keep the turbo spooled. You'll like the low end torque (torque at any RPM actually) of the Mach 1 so much better. You'll probably find yourself not having to downshift it will pull so much.

That's my project for today. Making room for both vehicles in the garage

I just saw something really bad on one of the Mustang websites.... A supercharger that is supposed to raise the HP from 305 to 480!!!! OMG!!!!

you dont need the blower. there are MachI's all over the place running high 12's with gears and bolt ons. very fast car with very little mods.
