2006 XLT OD Switch Missing

The spring loaded OD switch on my phallic-style automatic shift lever took a vacation and flew off somewhere. Anybody got a spare or a p/n for that assembly?

Had that happen on my '06. Just the top cap popped off but switch still worked. Bought a new one but when I was cleaning the truck one day, found the top cap and put it back on and it's been fine ever since.

When I first got my 08 Mountaineer, the O/D light wouldn't illuminate on the dash when O/D was off or engage. When I had the transmission fluid and filter replaced shortly after taking ownership, it started working again. Recently, its back to not lighting up or engaging. What would be causing this to act up again?
