I could take some measurements of it if that would help. I haven’t no way of testing the thread pitch at home however.

Check the U-nut that it goes into - I'm pretty sure it's a common 6mmx1.00 thread with 8mm head like Ford has used for decades. But it's slightly special because of the integral washer & black coating. You still shouldn't have much trouble finding a handful of them in the local JYs' Ford sections.
