My 2012 Explorer XLT AC fan only runs on high and when turning off it stays on. I am pretty sure it is the Blower Motor Resistor/Control module. It has automatic controls as well as MyFordTouch. I have removed the glove box but can't seem to see the actual module. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Locate the blower motor and follow the wires from it to the resistor module, which with auto climate control is really a transistor module. In past generations it was in the engine compartment on the firewall, but either way is going to be recessed into the air duct so fan forced air can cool it.

It's under the passenger side dash. You have to remove the closeout panel (3 retainers) and you should see it.
