Same stuff, just can't go crying to the dealer if you have an issue (you shouldn't)

You should be able to purchase it from any dealer as long as the part is a genuine Motorcraft part.
I don't know how this price compares Original 2010-2020 Ford Water Pump Assembly DG1Z-8501-D | Levittown Ford Parts but this is a forum vendor and forum members are eligible for a discount.
Since you didn't add which trim you have, I looked up a 2016 Limited. Not sure if there are differences depending on the trim.
