2013 explorer key fob issues

we have a 2013 explorer with push button start. The only way to start is with the key fobs in the consul pocket. Replaced the batteries on the key fobs. New car battery installed.

Did we lose the programming? If so, how to0 re program WITH push button start and WITHOUT a key fob that functions?

Been reading and all solutions seem to require a key fob that works.

any help greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum.
Is this something that just started happening recently or just after the battery replacement? Did you by any chance plug anything into the power port or USB port? This can sometimes affect remote starting but not Push to Start as far as I know. Is the fob able to perform all its other functions?
