2013 ford explorer p0016 p0017

I have 2013 ford explorer with codes p0016, p0017, p0018 and p0019.
Water pump has been replaced twice and timing chain has been replaced once. I've changed the 4 camshaft sensors. Codes still showing. Engine has 232,000 miles on it.
Code reader also showing the camshaft solenoid is open or short.
What do you suggestion next steps?

Those codes all reference issues with the camshaft position. Did these codes come up right after the timing chain was replaced or was it some time later?
