Keep Tripping Codes 2013 Ford Explorer Sport

About 8 months ago. I took my explorer into the shop to trouble shot a code (dont recall the specific code but it was Bank 1 running lean). $600 later the shop said they could find anything wrong with it and everything was within the correct perimeters, so they got the code off and everything was good. About 4 months ago I tripped the P0016 Code (I changed the camshaft position sensor) still didn't fix the issue and know I tripped a P0131 code and H02S all in bank 1.

I have about 160K on the engine but the vehicle runs fine. Anyone have any recommendations I'm at a loss for words.

I assume u have an OBD2 adapter since u got codes? Have u checked all DTC history using ForScan? You can download it to ur phone for 5 bucks. Thats probably what the shop charged you 600 to do haha. Take a screenshot of the DTCs and post it here.

160k im just going to assume timing issue. Has timing chain ever been replaced?

Thank you. I believe I'm due for a timing chain replacement might as well look water pump. Good information for me to go through.
