If you have the Owner's Manual, that would be a good place to start reading about how to operate the rear HVAC unit from the front controls. Perhaps your first issue is linked to that.
Thanks ….I will look again at the manuel. I am “assuming” it does have a rear a/c because it does have roof vents and controls on the console facing rear seats . Thank you again….when all else fail, check manuel then go to dealer. Thanks again!
I have the same year and model.
You can actually control the rear heat and AC with the touch screen.
Its rather hidden, but will show up on the bottom right of the screen.
Can even turn it off or on.
It only stays on screen so many seconds then goes away.
I discovered it eventually, took about a year to find it. Lol
