2017 Clunk from rear end

At first we suspected it was an issue with the rear transaxle, but the issue was a rear suspension arm. Once it was replaced the clunk noise that happened most times when putting the car in reversed disappeared.
Mike, can you share more details on what the repair was? Our 2017 has the exact issue now and dealer is stumped.
