As the title says I have a 2017 Explorer that needs a USB connection replacement. The phone will connect to charge (usually) but Android Auto is very flaky and the on the off chance I can get to it work the smallest bump will disconnect it. I have been trying to find the correct replacement part number but pretty much everything I see is HC3Z-19A387-F but ford parts online says that part is not compatible. Can someone provide me the correct part number please?
