2017 Police Utility Auto Locks

So I think I enabled it in Forscan correctly, it shows on my dash cluster menu, but it is not highlighted so that I can turn it on or off with the ok button on the steering wheel. Does anyone know how I can get that to enable it on the dash cluster..? Are there any other ForScan settings?

Auto locks don't work in a utility. In my case, turning them on in Forscan caused the fuel gauge to not work.
