2017 Sport- issues with cooled seats

Hey all. New to the forum, I picked up a 2017 Sport back in December and have been loving it so far, but I noticed today (in the midst of summer) that my cooled seats don't seem to be working. When I turn them on, I hear the blower turn on, the controls are acting normally, but it just doesn't seem to cool. Any ideas?

Get a digital multimeter with a temperature sensor, and put it in the thermocouple under the seat to watch if there's any temperature change. This is just an example - there are many others.

Also, read the owner guide about how they work. They're not instantaneous, and they can't put out cold air if it's hot inside the cabin. The A/C has to be working for a few minutes before the Peltier device can work.
