3 1/4" Backspacing on a 15X8

Please excuse the ignorance, but with a 3 1/4" backspacing on a 15X8 and 31X10.5. Would this look alright on an explorer? I am looking at the ARE 589's @ 4 wheel parts.

I've got the 15x8 black rock crawler rims from 4WPW with 32x11.5 BFG's. My backspacing is 3-3/8" and it looks fine. It does throw mud and rocks down the body though.

Cool, they would be nearly the same backspacing. I plan on going with 32's when these wear out, you wouldn't happen to have any pictures would you? if not, about how far do they stick out?

I guess they stick out about an inch or so. No pic's are on here. I'll see if I can get one on the site.

This is when I had 33x12.50 on with my 4" TrailMaster lift and the exact wheels you are getting. 589s with 3.25" back spacing

31s won't stick out quite as much but should look alright. Hope this helps.
