3.73 Gears for sale

I came across these last night. The guy only wants $75 for them. Was going to get them, but 4.11 would work better for what I'm going to do to to my truck.

I told the guy I would put it on here for him. THEY ARE NOT MINE. Just doing him a favor.

He has already said he'd ship it to me in GA. So, pretty sure he'd ship them anywhere.

But at the end of the day if an elite member screws someone over you cant do anything more about it then if they were a standard member.Whats to stop a crook from paying the $20.00 to become an elite member just to screw people over on a bunch of bogus parts.I feel like being a member for X amount of time or X amount of post would be the better/safer approach if thats what its really about.Someone that has been a member for 4 years or has 2500 post is a heck of alot LESS likely to screw someone over than a newbie.Even if they did pay 20 bucks to be an elite member.Just my 02 cents.

At the end of the day-I would look at the information I have received from the site and decide 20.00 is a good deal.

Not to mention, we had a run of "non elites" causing some uproar in the transaction area-

Everyone of us has spent $20 in something on our explorers as as result of this site. Everyone has saved at least $20 as a result of this site. If you dont like the fact that Rick asks (asks being the KEY word) that you donate $20 to the site to help out with his cost associated with the site, not to mention his time, then you need to really ask yourself if you are doing the right thing. I personally dont like the fact that non paying members can post pics, something that only elites could do until somewhat recently. But Rick changed his mind on it, and even thought I dont agree, its not keeping me away from the site or from paying my elite fees. Simply put, this site (while certainly a very open to discussion forum) is not a democracy. It is a dictatorship and a gift from the great pumpkin. So give the moderators a break and just follow the rules that you agreed to when you received your sign on.

being a member has been a worth while experiance for me .just being a normal member with out being elite has saved me " x" amount of money and i can see how $20 fora elite membership fee is not asking to much out of someone here ,lets face it it cost's money to run the server and the bandwidth ...nothing in life is free .but ,people that are normal members and want to sell stuff should go ahead and pay the membership fee .i can see how some of you think that the rules should be on how much time one has been a member to be able to sell but look what happened to josh ..... he got reemed ...all from a member that had no good intentions to keep his word . it's a problem i agree but like jt said that also being a member also shows your good intent in being a member here. for myself .... i have been a normal member since feburary and next month i will submit my elite membership fee ( reason i have not done so yet is i'm cheap !

LOL) ...i kid of course . but then the other part of the problem is even if you pay the elite membership fee and sell stuff ...that elite member still has the capibility of doing wrong to someone else ,being elite wont solve that imho but yet the act paying the fee with good intentions is about the only thing i can see that would filter out some of the rif-raf .


perosnally if i think it should be that you have to be a elite member to sell items plus....be a elite member for at least 3-6 months before , in my mind that would tell someone yes i can be trusted and look ....i've been here for x-amount time to boot ( to me this has trust written all over it ) but you never know anything can happen .posting pics in the past was something only for elite members and now only latelly normal members can do this ....personally i think this should have all ways been this way .this is what this forum is all about " helping out others " what better way to show something than by uploading a pic of the problem .

...now if we did background checks on everyone i think that would nip it right there ( joke )

I'm not complaining. This site has helped me a TON! Way more than $20 worth. Plus I know that I will learn more in the future!
If you really want to sell something, try craigslist or ask another elite to do so.
It's all fair and we can't complain cause we don't make the rules. T

Man, that had to suck! I mean, all that hassle with the temporary out of body crap. Talk about awkward feeling! The worst part is that it does what he wants and not you. You'll be trying to go relieve your self and he tells you to go running. Well, now your running in wet clothes. Man, should have taken the $20 OPTION. I mean....there was a choice ya know. You just had to read the fine print.
