I can't believe it.
My truck is idling rough. I cleaned the IAC, replaced the filter, cleaned the MAF, and I can't get the truck to idle right. It's either at 500rpm or at 800rpm like it can't decide.
I do get a CEL at 15-40mph but after that it goes away and randomly comes back.
I decided to do the old school way of checking for dead cylinders, one plug on the coil pack at a time. I pulled cylinders 1, 2, and 3 no change to the engine. Pulled 6 and 4 and the engine nearly died. I definitely have spark on the passenger cylinders (shock to the middle finger), so what is going on??
