30k service

alright I went by the shop today to get the tranny flushed and they told me that they have a deal going for the 30k service for $299 ($328 after tax). this includes ALL fluids and filters, including the diffs and trans case and this is the full cleaning with the chemicals and the whole schbang. They also do a fuel system service and cleaning and he said that he would throw the spark plugs in for free. They usually charge $370 before tax for this and the spark plugs are probably $100 at the shop.

So what I am asking is do yall think that this is a good deal as it would pretty much sum up the maintenance for the next 30k. or should I spend the numerous amounts of hours doing it myself (I want to know your guys opinions)

what all does it include? Might be worth it if alot is included. But it depends on if you want to get dirty and take the time to do it yourself. I have always found it easier to have someone else change the trans fluid. but thats just my opinion...
