4.0 to 5.0 swap

I have a 94 4x4 4.0 with a rebuilt trans. The motor now needs replaced. Can I direct bolt a 5.0 to the original 4.0 trans (tran has less than 100 miles) if not how hard would it be

Thanks I guess I will just stay with the 4.0
