4.0L exhaust manifold studs

Hi all,
I just pulled the exhaust manifold to have it planed, and I noticed the holes seem to be larger than the studs were in diameter. Do the new studs come with some type of grommet or is it built into the gasket or are my manifolds pooched? would like to find out before I go and get them planed. Also, one of the y pipe threads pulled out, will an insert work or is it NFG?

From the looks of it, the thread on the back of the manifold that came out is called a "rivet nut". Looks like princess auto sells a metric kit, as long as the rivet its self is the same size. Anyone have any experience with these?

Found the insert for the exhaust manifold to head at fordparts. It just comes up as call number h2 on the schematic and is general hardware. Now to track down the threaded insert to y pipe specifications.

ah, looks like it is the same stud as the V8. As for the collector bolt, i must have been blind, there are threads in the manifold. Looks like I should be able to reuse the old collector studs as well. 40 bucks to plane and 10 for gaskets. I will take it. Got the old stud out last night without issue. Good to go. Now for the crank shaft nut and harmonic balancer.
