4.0L OHV swap for 4.0L OHC

I was wondering if anyone has swapped the 4.0L OHV for the 4.0L OHC, and if this is simply an easy bolt in or a swap similar to a 5.0L job for a '94 XLT. Would it be easier if I just pulled the OHV and rebuilt it with power adders.

yes it is becoming quite popular.
My friend brett did it in his 93 explorer sport using a 2004 ranger Edge SOHC.
He kept the 93 OHV computer too
