If the unibody minivan can handle this well then shurley......
Well, you have 292 crank now, Intake, Exhaust, E-fan,T.B, underdrive,Syn fluids and a flasher tune might get you to 335/340.
NA I would think thats about it.

The M90 will not do it, that is way too small for a 302. The OEM M90 Saleen Explorers only made 285hp, maybe 260rwhp IIRC. That's low 6psi or so, but with no ability to cool the mixture much, it's bad. You might fight it to make 300rwhp, but that's too much money and effort.
These trucks are all needing new engines soon. Why not budget the typical cost to build the stock engine, and add to that what you can for power gains. Invest money into a really nice set of heads, intake, and custom camshaft designed for the vehicle.
You can get those for about $2500 if you don't waste money or go cheap with an OTS cam. Those can gain you 100rwhp if done right, which will beat the awful M90 Eaton blower. If you step up and build a 347 to go with the special H/C/I, expect 400rwhp if it's built properly.
I'm sorry I didn't go back to the beginning to see what engine the OP had.
The Saleen XP8(98-01 302 Explorer) had the Eaton blower kits as an option. I'm not sure if the Powerdyne blowers were an option for the XP8, but yes I've seen a few of those too. I'd say the Powerdyne would have a better chance at making 400rwhp than the small M90 Eaton.
For the 4.6 there are more options because there were more kits available to be able to adapt something to the Explorer. An M90 is still too small for those, it will do better I'd guess, given the limited success Alex had.
Alex had a blower similar to the M90 on his 2002 4.6 Explorer. He didn't quite make 400rwhp IIRC, but he had added additional air inlet cooling, and several other support items. He had a bunch of money tied up in that engine combination, plus the actual engine wasn't stock. He got about as much as could be expected from the smaller blower design.
In the end, it seems much wiser to begin with a blower sized better for the intended engine and power levels.
Alex was starting over with a different larger blower kit, plus different(TFS) heads and cams.
We have a guy on the www.mysporttac.com forum. He has a stock 4.6L 3v. He makes 433rwhp with an Roush M90 Gen 4 blower.
Oh, and his sport trac is an AWD.
His blower is maxed at like 8 or 10 pounds of boost. I forget what he posted.
The more I learn about these 3v 4.6L the more I love them. They can do some amazing stuff! I'm hopng for 430 RWHP (front shaft disconnected) but i'm considering omitting the Cams and BAP from my setup. That would put me between 370-400RWHP.
The problem with the cam upgrade is that it brings be beyond the threshold that my fuel system can handle. I'd the BAP and the install labor on all that brings the total price for the Cam upgrade to over $1700 with tax. So is 20-30hp worth it for $1700?
