4x4 High will not Disengage on '02 EXPL XLT

When pulling out of a parking spot, the truck was shaking b/c the 4x4 high stays on(but the dash doesn't inform me). When driving on highway, 4x4 high flashes on dash. I've tried to diengage buy pressing 4x4 auto(no result), I put the truck into Low-goes into low but not back to auto,(only into high). I put the truck into neutral and reverse and tried to disenage, nothing. I'm in need of help and suggestion. Thanks

on an '02, isn't it still under warranty?? or have u run the miles up on it, dealer should take care of it, cause its drivetrain.

Yes-, Im still under warranty

This shouldn't be happening to a 2 yr old truck w/ 30 k miles. I just tought there was something I could do before the service department has my truck for a week.
