I have an 01 5.0 and both valve covers are on their way to rust heaven. I called Ford and these are discontinued. Does anyone know of an aftermarket source for new ones? These only fit 98-01 explorers with the 5.0 as they have fuel line brackets welded to the left and special filler neck on the right. Found a set used for $160. For that price I will go to Summit and buy a set steel ones for $40 and cut off the old stuff and weld it to the new. Have not made it over the the local pick yourself boneyard to see what they have. Any ideas?
