95 explorer tranny promblem HELP

Its an Auto trans 2 wheel drive eddie bauer. The tranny never slipped. sometimes had trouble shifting to 4th or 3rd. let off gas and it would. O/D off light is flashing. Now when it goes into any gear it stalls. like it is trying to start in third or fouth.. sometimes reverse or first will work but only once in a while. even reverse feels like it is in a high gear....

Welcome to this forum! I would suggest that you post this question in the transmission section for more responses. If you have an OD light flashing, it is like a CEL for a transmission. You have a code that is stored in your PCM that has to be read. That will tell you what is causing the problem. AutoZone could read your codes for you for free.
