96 explorer actuator model#

I'm sure there is a thread for this, I'm a newby, but please could I get information on what is the correct blend door actuator replacement for 96 Explorer Eddie Bauer. Automatic temp control console. I see varied model numbers for the dormans actuator but am unsure.

Make sure the plenum housing that holds the blend door arm isn't broken.
