96 explorer XL arm rest question

i just recently purchased a 96 xl from my parents. The only major thing wrong is the fact that the arm rests look like theyve just fallen apart. anyone else had that problem?? anyone know where i can get replacements??

by the way to clear things up a little im talking about the armrest/pull handles on the door panels.
