Side note, changing the engine cross member is not fun, I should have found good deal on truck allready 4wd frame, but couldnt find any.

G man. I just gotta get motivated to get her done, Cause I do wanna hit Smorr again soon and have no problem taking this down most the fun trails there that we run.

Pretty sure with TTB and V8, gonna need different Oil Pan, this one found from Ford racing that suppose to work
Ford Racings P/N M-6675-A50 For Ford 302/5.0L

Watching this, should we plan the next smorr meet around this thing when its done for some testing.

Levi-that be pretty sweet, but its gonna be prolly late jan early feburary before she is ready to rock and roll, im gonna make some major progress this week, finals today work fri, work next wed, so plenty of days off to get done, trying to finish tearing apart puple truck today and tommorow to take parts from..

This looks like its going to be an awesome build!! Cant wait to see more! :D:thumbsup:

Today goal finish tearing apart purple ranger, clean garage, put eddie bauer in the garage to finish. Hopefully next week finish cross member and get TTB under ranger.

Also I decide just to lower the ranger instead!

Can't wait to see this thing in action, funny how you told me to go solid and now you'll be joining me back with the ttb. Might no to be good for me to see as this is what I've been pondering to do with mine just without the V8. And whats going to happen to the little purple wheeler.

Im a little confused here. If the purple Ranger is being stripped of everything for parts, what parts are going where? I imagine the trans & Atlas will go into the TTB Tuff truck Ranger, but what about the rest?

Axles, Custom arms, etc...??

Gman- Tuff truck gets Purples engine, headers, mounts, oil filter relocation. it gets my 4406 and a 5spd I bought in Kc. No need for slow crawlin atlas in tuff truck

My crawler Im building in 99 TJ Wrangler, using purples axles, longarms, atlas, my other explorer v8, still have to buy another tranny, it will use the Boggers also.

Today finished tearing apart Purple ranger, it is 100% all parts now and just have to do few things on another veh I have and then back to the white Ranger 100%, also somehow on the purple truck left side L&L engine mount I broke it? Not sure what happened, but I can fix it.

This may have something to do with the engine mount. LOL :)

Things a re looking good, to get started back on this rig tonight or tommorow, just need change alternator on my explorer and pick up tools in garage and Im good to go!

Update: cab if off, been working on the engine cross member and making it all work with my V8, my factory oil pan should clear, and redoing my broken L&L mounts. Should have powertrain in place by the weekend. Just need some d35 peices to finish front, goal is to have cab back on in 2 weeks.

Pics as soon as get chance
