97 explorer xlt speedodmeter problem

I have a 97 ford explorer xlt 4-door that the speedodmeter works sometimes, when you first get into the vehicle and start it up it may work but stops later on. I have replaced the speed sensor on the transmission but the problems is still there. Is there another speed sensor I can replace somewhere or do I just replace the cluster.
