97 Mercury Mountaineer AWD 5.0. died while driving!

Was told that the camshaft position sensor and drive assembly was the problem, got them changed but now out of time and will only go up to 20 to 25 mph. Reading out this code now, P1747 manufacture control transmission when driven. Idles good though. Any help on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the stock 95-01 section. P1747 Electronic Pressure Control Solenoid - Short circuit. Check the EPC, and the wiring harness.

Thanks! Do you think that would keep it from timing right and where's the location of the EPC.
