:exp:Hey guys,I have a clicking in the left frone end... I replaced a front left wheel bearing last week, 100 miles after replacing it I started hearing a clicking comming from the same area. I replaced the CV alxe since it was very sloppy(I guess from the bearing trashing out previousley) So that being said i tore it down retightened everything and still have a Clicking almost a grind only when moving. same symptoms as would diagnose a bad cv. seems like its a rotational click when driving slow.. Any Sugestions?

What did it sound like before you replaced the bearing and half-shaft? It's pretty common for both sides to go out around the same time. From inside the cabin it can be difficult to isolate the location of sounds under the hood.

Aside from being a potential right side needing same said repairs, you may have a simple case of rubbing from the brake dust shield. Not uncommon to end up with a little bend after removal which touches either the rotor or the hub itself.

It's definitely in the left wheel assy. Had a mechanic friend listen to it after the bearing replacement. He suggested the half shaft ...The bearing old bearing was just howling prior to replacement. it is also more prominent when the wheels are turned to the left in forward or reverse. and is lessens when accelerating( IE there is foreward pressure on the cv axle) and is fairly loud while coasting or creeping..
