98 engine harness question

can the 98 explorer engine harness and computer be adapted to run in a non efi car. I ask because of the chip thats in the key that may prevent the swap from happening.

PATS can be eliminated thru tuning.

So basically once I hook up all the efi stuff I'll need the eec-v tuned with pats off. On the 4r70w(I have 94 4r70w from a t-bird) side which seloniods will I have to swap out.? Can I run the 94 4r70w wiring harness with the 98?
