Ok, so this is what I got. It is a 98 ford explorer with the 5.0 liter v8. I started noticing this problem yesterday while driving on the way back from the store. I started the vehicle to head home and I noticed that the vehicle had a greater than normal shake to it. I revved the engine and it got worse. I decided to head home anyway and the vehicle shook worse the more I accelerated. When I let off the accelerator I could still feel the shake, but it wasn't as bad. I made it home, and haven't driven it since. When I say the shake is bad, it really isn't that bad, but I feel uncomfortable driving it.

Today, I decided to make sure I had enough transmission fluid, and I did. Other than that I am just starting down this road on this issue. Any direction would be appreciated.

could be a bad engine mount(s)

Engine misfire? Does it feel like it's coming from the engine, loss of power too?

Yes, I should have mentioned that. It has been on for a long time. It originally was a cabin air filter or something like that, but i bet its possible that another code is there now. I already ordered a code tester, but I won't have it for a few days.

It feels like there is a loss of power, but not incredibly substantial. It almost feels like the emergency break is slightly pushed, but it is a little bit different than that.
