My wife's X is leaking at the rear pinion seal. Unbolted the drive shaft and there is no play in the pinion.
My question is: Can I change out the pinion seal without messing with the crush sleeve and torque specs?
With money being tight (Having to put coils and radiator in my '98 F150 I just bought) if I can just change out the seal it would be a wonderful thing.
Thanks for any and all help.
