I have been looking into finding a lift kit and a body lift fro my explorer and I can't seem to find much for it. I am assuming the regualr 98 explorer kits will work, but I'm having some difficulty tracking those down too.

If anyone has suggestions of where to look, what they did, let me know.

Thanks

http://www.tellico4x4.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/6362 - rear lift shackles, then do a tortion twist (TT)
http://www.ultimateautoaccessories.com/page/UAA/PROD/SS/K494 - superlift 4 inch suspension, the cheapest i have found it
www.jegs.com - body lift
www.summitracing.com - body lift
www.jcwhitney.com - body lift & a 2wd spindle suspension lift (not sure wat you have)

ranger body lifts is what you would look for, none of those sites will say "explorer body lift"

but you will have to fabricate your own bumper brackets
there are alot of threads about the pros and cons of a body lift, i would suggest looking for some of those, they changed my mind about one

Welcome to the site, use the search function to find a ton of people asking the exact same question you just did. Its a daily thing here, so there's plenty of info around.

Hello would anyone here know if I could take the full 3" suspension lift outta my friends 2000 ranger and put it on my 98 ford explorer sport has anyone here done this and how difficult is it to accomplish
