That is not correct, A10 maps update will be working on any MFT v3.x

I don't know your comment is accurate. In order to get Nav working on say a 2011-2013 Explorer, you have to upgrade your sync go at least 3.08 though 3.10 is the latest version so, in respect, his reference to having to have 3.08 or above might be accurate.

Has anyone bought the new A10 map SD card on ebay??
I'm just curious if these will work in my 2013 Explorer with 6 year olds maps in the NAV.
Is there anything I would need to do other than just plug in the SD card?

Hi, I bought A11 from Navigation Direct site. It works well. Bought an year ago. still no issue. Yes, it is plug and play.

You will need to be running Sync 3.8 or 3.10, if you're not already.

I've gotten multiple versions on eBay. If you go with a well regarded seller, you should be fine.

I don't belive A10 works with sync 2. mine is A11 and it works with sync2

I'm quite sure A10 works with Sync 2 if A11 works with Sync 2.
